Victorian Silver Pin Floral

DESCRIPTION	Gorgeous Victorian English silver pin with repose and engraved ornate flower and leaf- work and a raised beaded frame. Measures 1-1/2 inches in diameter. This rare treasure has a simple "C" hook pin back, and a tube hinge. Has some writing on the back which I am unable to decipher. Circa 1800
