Hello, Linda & Perry,
My little frog pendant arrived on Friday & I picked him up today.  I'm sure the delay was a customs issue - they can add 12 days to any delivery - and, as expected, they nailed me with everything: 10% excise, 8% pst, 7% gst and their unbelievable $5 handling charge! 
It's okay, Mr. Frog is totally worth it!  When I opened up the package I was just knocked out by the "cuteness factor"!  It's adorable.  How can you communicate that on a website?  If I'd seen him in your jewelry showcase I'd have bought him in a minute.  I'll have to keep telling the frog collectors that he's part of my personal collection and he's not for sale.
I checked out your store site and you have some lovely stuff.  Mr. Frog is still on there.  Do you have more than one?  If you do, let me know.  I'm sure I'll be asked where I got mine & I'd be happy to pass on your address.  If you keep a database of your customers, please email me if any interesting frogs come along.  (I already have the Gerry frog, in your pin section.)  I own about 100 pieces of frog jewelry but there's always room for more.

Hello Linda.  How are you?  Well, the day after I received your check, I went to the post office, and the carrier gave me a package- which turned out to be the earrings.  I had received one notice of a certified letter and come in twice to ask about it, each time being told that the carrier had it with him.  Thank you.  I did receive the earrings after all.
     When I opened the package, I did not like the earrings- I thought they would be more translucent in appearance, like the bracelet, so, I've packed them up, insured them, and returned them to you today.  I've kept the check. 
     You have been wonderful and very professional throughout all of this confusion.  I will most definitely bookmark your site, and if there is anyone I can inform at Ruby Lane about how great you are, please let me know.
