Ciner began making costume jewelry in 1931. The company is still operating today. Ciner jewelry has always been known for its high-quality construction and design. For your consideration is a gorgeous Ciner Red Enamel and Rhinestone Dolphin Hinge Bracelet. It has a gold toned metal foundation with a stunning red colored enameling over the exterior. This fabulous hinge bracelet is made to look like a Dolphin that is wrapped around itself and has the head touching the tail. The head and the tail sections are highly decorated having sections of pave set white rhinestones in gold toned metal. The top of the head has pave set white rhinestones surrounding an oval shaped black cabochon and there are two section of white rhinestones surrounding oval shaped green glass cabochons for eyes. The tail section is studded in pave set white rhinestones with one oval shaped black cabochon at the tip of this section. This hinge bracelet has a push button style clasp that holds well and the bracelet is signed "Ciner" in two spots on the inside of the wrist part and once on the clasp. The bracelet measures 9 inches around when closed with a 2-1/2 inch opening. it is 1 inch wide at it's widest part. This bracelet is in excellent condition with no wear or missing rhinestones. This circa 1960s Ciner Dolphin Bracelet is highly collectible haute couture.
