DESCRIPTION      This handsome cigar cutter is 14k gold with a 18k gold plating and has a signature or emblem on it that I can't decipher. This magnificent cigar cutter features; intricate gold scroll work on the case. It measures 1-1/2 inches including the loop that could attach it to a watch fob. The weight is 6.4 grams. The detail on this is grand!
